Twelve year-old Rabbit spends most of his days, drawing, collecting comics, and avoiding the teasing of his peers. Insecure and shy, Rabbit dreads dancing in the upcoming powwow and begins to draw Waabooz, a superhero that embodies his desired self; bold and unafraid. Through traditional storytelling, imagination and a little magic, Rabbit’s mysterious Grandfather helps bring Waabooz to life

Director Biography

Molly is an award winning filmmaker with achievements including, Best of Fest, Best Director, Audience Choice Award, and Best Short. Her films have received grants from The Jerome Foundation and IFP Minnesota. Molly has been working on commercial and movie sets for 11 years, in key positions. She has written and directed advertising for companies including Mall of America, Target Field, Mill City Museum, and A Loft Hotel. Molly enjoys any chance to direct but her first passion is in narrative filmmaking.
